This package is designed for homeowners, realtors, or anyone else who is in need of high quality interior and exterior photos of a home.

This package includes a 45 minute session (time determined mostly by best timing from a lighting perspective) where I will travel to the home and photograph all of the rooms, the exterior, the property, and any additional special features to the home.

Following your session, you will also be granted access to a password protected online proof gallery for review and placing any additional orders. This gallery will contain at least 15-25 fully edited images from your session and will be live for up to two weeks.

This session will also include a Kathryn Deane Photography flash drive with all of the high-resolution digital images from your session gallery, plus personal & professional rights to post/use the photo online or in print for the purposes of marketing your sale or rental.

Any additional prints or products can be purchased a la carte after your session.

If you prefer to shoot in a location beyond the West Hartford area, you can add that on for an additional charge. See the travel fees menu for more information. Taxes and shipping fees will apply.
